Remote Installation:

WatchGuard BRI (Basic Remote Installation) with 30 days of MFS Essentials

WatchGuard BRI services represent a one-time engagement that results in the successful deployment of a functional firewall, configured in accordance client’s request, using only the firewall’s basic feature sets.

True Digital Security will provide remote configuration services for a fixed one-time fee. This pricing is intended for clients that need assistance with the installation of their firewall(s), but require only minimal support beyond the installation.

WatchGuard BRI includes:

  1. Review of firewall and addressable security needs with client.
  2. Completion of pre-installation network survey.
  3. Co-development, with client, of client’s firewall rules and settings preferences.
  4. Basic configuration of WatchGuard firewall in accordance with client’s requests.
  5. Configuration of one WG Access Point for level-one firewalls, and up to three WG Access Points for levels two and three firewalls.
  6. Standard ground shipping of device(s) to client location.
  7. Telephone support to designated customer staff to guide them through the hands-on aspects of installation for up to seven days after delivery to customer.
  8. Phone support for seven days after installation.

WatchGuard BRI DOES NOT include support for Dimension or WSM.

Note: Certain advanced features are outside of the scope of the deployment services, and many times will require a conversation to ascertain exact requirements. Examples of such advanced features include HA setups, Meshed VPN, TDR deployments, Deep packet SSL inspection, and multi-wan configurations.

The one-time fee also includes 30 Days of MFS Essentials, which include some basic management of firewall features but none of the advanced features. Your 30 days of MFS Essentials begin upon completion of your firewall installation. After the initial 30 day period, clients will have the option of continuing TRUE AFM Services with either one or three-year agreement, for the prices outlined on page seven. If a client does not wish to continue with our managed firewall services, True Digital Security will immediately discontinue support, with no questions asked.

WatchGuard BRI services must be scheduled to take place during our regular business hours of 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Special arrangements can be made for installation services outside of these hours at an additional charge.

WatchGuard BRI services applies only to the devices being delivered, not to any other firewall or any other network appliance. Any changes to the customer’s preexisting network equipment, or network environment is solely responsibility of the customer.

WatchGuard PRI (Power Remote Installation) with 90 Days of AFM

WatchGuard PRI services represent a one-time engagement that results in the successful deployment of a functional firewall, configured in accordance client’s request, including the configuration of the firewall’s advanced features, as described herein. This is followed by 90 days of TRUE AFM, Advanced Firewall Management services, as described herein.

True Digital Security will provide remote configuration services for a fixed one-time fee. This pricing is intended for clients that need assistance with the installation of their firewall(s) and wish to experience the range of management and reporting capabilities available through our Advanced Firewall Management service, but without any long-term obligation.

WatchGuard PRI includes:

  1. Review of firewall and addressable security needs with client.
  2. Completion of pre-installation network survey.
  3. Co-development, with client, of client’s firewall rules and settings preferences.
  4. Configuration of WatchGuard firewall in accordance with client’s requests, including activation and configuration of advanced firewall features.
  5. Configuration of either WatchGuard Dimension or WSM.
  6. Configuration of one WG Access Point for level-one firewalls, and up to three WG Access Points for levels two and three firewalls.
  7. Standard ground shipping of device(s) to client location.
  8. Telephone support to designated customer staff to guide them through the hands-on aspects of installation for up to seven days after delivery to customer.
  9. Phone support for seven days after installation.

  2. Management of all advanced firewall activated during installation.
  3. Administration of any site-to-site on mobile VPN requests.
  4. Support for WatchGuard Dimension or WSM.
  5. 24x7 firewall availability monitoring
  6. Periodic log reviews for threat or anomaly analysis.
  7. A month-end executive report detailing customer’s security profile and performance.

Your 90 days of Advanced Firewall Management services begin upon completion of your firewall installation. After the initial 90 day period, clients will have the option of continuing TRUE AFM Services with either one or three-year agreement, for the prices outlined on page seven.
