Your WatchGuard appliance includes a subscription to our ground-breaking LiveSecurity Service, which you activate online when you register your product. You have three options for getting LiveSecurity when you purchase any Firebox® X Peak™, Core™, or Edge e-Series appliance.* Choose the option that best fits your budget cycle and renewal schedule.

Advance Replacement Hardware Warranty:

Having an active LiveSecurity subscription extends the one-year hardware warranty that is included with each WatchGuard appliance. Not only that, it also provides advance hardware replacement, which means that should there ever be a hardware failure, WatchGuard will ship a replacement in advance of receiving the returned appliance to minimize downtime.

Software Updates:

Your LiveSecurity® Service subscription gives you access to both updates to current software and functional enhancements for your WatchGuard® products.

Technical Support:

When you need assistance, our expert teams are ready to help. Your LiveSecurity® Service subscription includes this world-class technical support program.
